Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced Regional Lead to join our service operations team. In this newly created leadership role, you will oversee all successful day-to-day operations and be the senior clinical SME. Additionally, your role will include;
- Successfully deliver a range of safe and high-quality Afford services.
- Lead managers through a high volume of people resourcing projects including recruitment drives, performance management processes, and roster/service optimisation.
- Ensure service delivery is performed within the Policies and Procedure framework and in line with budget, and financial expectations.
- Working with all teams across Afford and be accountable for the implementation of any Head Office initiative to ensure teams are working in a way that prioritises customer safety and positive outcomes
- Developing and maintaining productive and effective relationships across Afford and the sector, utilising these relationships to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Maintain a clear direction for the service delivery function to ensure staff focus on higher quality services to clients and the communities in which they live and we are located.
- Demonstrated ability to work with other roles (including non-registered health professionals) to build their understanding and skills to improve customer outcomes
- Work directly with customers to assess, plan and implement nursing services that are Individualized and relevant to the goals of the customer.
- Review the clinical care to customers and ensure it is aligned to clinical plans, and guide or direct teams to work in a way that prioritises the safety, health and wellbeing of customers.
- Successfully deliver clinical nursing services and ensure they are compliant with External legislation and standards, as well as Afford Policies and Procedures.

- Up-to-date clinical nurse registration and previous experience providing clinical supervision.
- Be willing to provide an update to date Covid vaccination certificate or medical exemption
- Be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different functions across Afford
- A strong commitment to customer service and positive outcomes for the clients and the communities in which they live
