Post Construction Cleaning

Spruces is looking for **Post-Construction Cleaners** to join our team for an exciting office refurbishment project at Richlands QLD. If you take pride in delivering spotless results and want to work with a fun, innovative crew, this is your chance to shine

As a Post-Construction Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in transforming newly refurbished office spaces into pristine, move-in-ready environments. With a focus on quality, safety and efficency, you’ll work alongside a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- **Take all the documentation required for each area cleaned (before photos and after videos) This is a obligatory responsibility to be able to receive the payment**:

- Perform thorough post-construction cleaning across multiple office areas (Ground Floor and Level 1, Buildings A & B).
- Property Size

**Building A**:
Ground Floor = 326.8m²
Level 1 = 296.7m²
**Building B**:
Ground Floor = 319.3m²
Level 1 = 494.1m²
- Remove dust, dirt, and construction residue from floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures.
- Vacuum, mop, and sanitize hard surfaces, including tiled and vinyl floors.
- Clean joinery, door frames, handles, switches, and sanitary areas (bathrooms, sinks, etc.).
- Sweep and wash down balconies and external areas.

**Requirements**:

- **White Card** (mandatory safety certification for construction sites).
- Experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning preferred
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability for a 3-visit cleaning process (Initial, Post-Defect, Pre-Handover).
