- 256152Our Federal Government Client is seeking an Assets & Logistics Officer to join their team.
- Be responsible for the management of assets and distribution of ICT equipment for our client and portfolio agencies.
- Coordinate the warehousing and transport of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
- Oversee the storage, transportation, and disposal of ICT equipment in line with security guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Asset Manager to develop and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
- Perform sanitization of printers, laptops, and desktop computers.
- Manage tasks within the logistics queue and handle the complete goods disposal process.
- Assist with setup and installation of new workstation setups for portfolio agencies.
- Arrange and book interstate and international shipping.
- Support and maintain the ICT vehicle and fuel cards.
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the logistics team.
- Fulfill other duties as directed by the client representative.

- Experience in an ICT environment.
- Experience in asset management and distribution.
- Previous experience with stocktake and asset management processes.
