**Our client, one of Australia's premier law firms, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join their Banking & Finance team in Brisbane. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on diverse banking and finance matters within a respected firm.**

As an Associate in the Banking & Finance team, you will work on a variety of banking and finance transactions, providing legal advice and support to a leading client base. You will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, handle complex matters, and contribute to the success of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in structuring and negotiating financing arrangements, including loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for banking and finance transactions.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance, financial services, and lending matters.
- Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking and finance law.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-admission experience in banking and finance law.
- Strong knowledge of banking and finance transactions, including loan agreements and security arrangements.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting financing documents and conducting due diligence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
