Bupa Bexley is a modern care home set in a federation style building south of Sydney. Only 30 minutes from the CBD and accessible to parking and public transport, this care home consists of 69 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

**Here's what you'll do**:

- ** Be the fun facilitator**: You'll help residents explore their interests, both within the care home and beyond. From art classes and gardening clubs to day trips and movie nights, you'll make sure there's something for everyone.
- ** Social butterfly extraordinaire**: Whether it's a lively game of bingo or a quiet chat over afternoon tea, you'll be the friendly face who connects residents and fosters a sense of belonging.
- ** More than just activities**: You'll be a supportive companion, assisting with daily living like mealtimes and outings, and offering emotional support to those with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
- ** Resident champion**: Your voice matters You'll gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities truly hit the mark.
- ** Team player**: You'll collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities, document progress, and escalate any concerns.

- ** Catering crewmate**: You'll lend a hand with plating and serving meals, adhering to food safety standards and monitoring resident preferences.

**What we're looking for**:

- Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care Disability or Leisure and Lifestyle.
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to get one)
- Australian driver's licence
- Your passion for enriching lives is the most important qualification
