**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz. of gold annually.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter to join our high performing Processing maintenance team at our Duketon South operations. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and effectively carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities in a fixed plant environment.

This is a site based role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster (day shift).

About the Role

Inspecting the workplace for hazards and promoting safe work practices;
Safely and effectively delivering execution of planned & unplanned maintenance activities;
Resolving on the job work issues;
Ensuring work procedures are followed;
Relieving team members in the work place as required; and
Referring unresolved issues and problems to the supervisor.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Trade qualified and competency certificates in mechanical maintenance;
Relevant tickets such as Forklift, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and EWP;
Crane / Dogging / Rigging tickets highly regarded;
WA ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence (manual);
Demonstrated post trade experience in the mining or heavy industry within a process plant environment;
Knowledge and experience with maintenance management systems;
Proven understanding of risk assessment and safety management systems;
Possesses a team first work ethic and a desire to perform tasks safely and efficiently;
Enthusiastically finds problems and assumes ownership of issues and solutions facing the operation; and
A self-starter who is motivated, demonstrating initiative to extend themselves.
