As a Department Manager, you are an integral part of the management team within the store. You should enjoy leading a team and working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for people who are passionate about fashion and customer service and who want to grow their career
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and motivating team within the store in accordance with the companies standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Conducting section briefings and supporting managers to conduct store briefings
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
- Responding to customer queries and requests
- Engaging with relevant training and development of the team
**Skills and Experience**
- 2 or more years retail & supervising experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's for your department
- An eye for spotting the latest fashion trends
- The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
- The ability to motivate and develop a team
- The desire for career growth within the company
