State Government organisation is looking for a Transformation Business Lead for an ASAP Start.

**Your new company**
Your new company is a state government organisation who are looking Transformation Business Lead. You mew company play an integral part in WA's health sector.

**Your new role**
You will be representing the ICT SLT on the delivery of the Transformation roadmap and coordinating the ICT transformation project to ensure work package scope, objectives and risks are identified.

You will have ownership of project outcomes within the ICT BU and lead and communicate the changes to the ICT BU and their customers to ensure successful outcomes, you will support the stakeholder engagement to drive decision making to keep momentum.

You will have strategic guidance and shaping approach to implement initiatives and influence outcomes and driving progress on role gaps led by System Manager (in particular cyber, standards, portfolio prioritisation/governance).

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, holds relationships of trust
- A sense of prioritisation across strategic and tactical issues
- Adequate role seniority to effect influence and drive action/decision making internally and externally
- Ability to contribute resources/SME to task, or influence the contribution of resources across the business unit
- The ability to lead the change within their team or help others to lead change within their teams
