Are you a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker looking for more than
just a job? At Right at Home, we believe aged care is not just a profession—it’s a calling.
We’re on the lookout for exceptional carers to join our team and provide high-quality,
person-centred care to our valued older clients—helping them live independently, with
dignity and respect.
What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients in
their homes or residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and
mobility
- Support with light household tasks and meal preparation
- Encourage independence, wellbeing, and community connection
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure holistic, responsive care
What You'll Bring:
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care ) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- A heart of gold and a strong work ethic
