**About the Role**:

**Hourly rates are dependent on experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate landscape construction activities on-site, ensuring tasks such as turfing, paving rectification, and other projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supervise and participate in landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and hedging, to ensure the site remains aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.
- Delegate and manage general labouring duties, providing guidance and support to team members to maintain productivity and quality of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Manage resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure efficient use and mínimal waste.
- Report on project status, including any issues or delays, to senior management and propose solutions for improvement.

- Industry experience
- Current and valid manual driver's licence preferred.
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working
