**URGENT HIRING: Community Disability Support Worker**

**Required Documents**:
- A current full Australian driver’s license and own car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English.
- Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other high-care support.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
- Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Willingness to work sleepover shifts.
- Experience assisting with in-home exercises and daily routines.
- Experience supporting clients with epilepsy or willingness to undertake training.
- Understanding of supporting clients classified as complex due to high seizure risk. In-house training will be provided, including epilepsy management and emergency response.

**About the role**:
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
- Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
