**The Opportunity**:In this role, you will be visiting a broad range of clients in their homes at Glenmore Park and provide support for confidence-building and self-care activities. You will have a genuine commitment to helping people live their best life and achieve their goals

Shifts are Monday-Sunday 8-10am Monday-Friday 12-2pm

Monday-Friday 7-9am - Saturday-Sunday 7:30-9:30am - Monday-Sunday 5-7pm

**Your skills and experience**:

- Experience supporting high physical care clients.
- Manual handling
- Community access
- Domestic duties
- Caring, nurturing & empathetic
- Active, Energetic, Reliable & Compassionate

**Your certificates and licenses**
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
