Our client currently seeking a highly skilled **Plant Operator** to join our growing Gold Coast team. We deliver
high-quality infrastructure and civil works projects across South-East Queensland and pride ourselves on safety, reliability, and results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate a range of plant machinery including **excavators, rollers, skid steers, backhoes, graders, loaders, and bulldozers**:
- Assist with **site preparation** tasks such as **digging, trenching, backfilling, levelling, and compacting**:
- **Load, transport, and place materials** such as soil, gravel, concrete, and other construction aggregates
- **Read and interpret construction drawings**, site plans, and technical specifications
- Work closely with and follow instructions from **Site Supervisors, Engineers, and Project Managers**:
- Conduct **daily pre-start inspections**

**What You’ll Need**:
- White Card (mandatory)
- Relevant Plant Operator Tickets (e.g. RIIMPO320F, RIIMPO301E, etc.)
- HR Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year of civil operating experience
- Strong focus on safety, communication, and reliability
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
