Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced civil plant operators for our client in Ormeau. The roles in question will be for Front End Loader or Excavator operators. Our client is a leader in the aggregates, crushed rock, sands, and gravel material industry - with these roles operating in a quarry environment. Successful applicants can expect to work within a well-established team, for a large company with great opportunities for personal development and career growth.

**Duties include**:

- Safe operation of Large Excavators or Front End Loaders
- Loading and Unloading materials
- Manual Handling and Heavy lifting
- Adhering to all safety guidelines/pre-start checks
- Basic machinery maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Involvement in site meetings, toolbox talks, hazard-reduction initiatives

**About you**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar or identical role essential
- RII Competency highly advantageous
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, on a day shift for 10-12 hour shifts - occasional weekend work required.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
- Industry knowledge is beneficial
- 'Safety-first' mindset and a willingness to learn
- Please note a pre-employment medical will need to be completed prior to commencement
