The ASRM group is looking to welcome experienced and non-experienced licenced Crowd Controllers and Security officers to join our expanding team on a casual basis.
Reporting to the Operations team and Supervisors at each site, you will be required to provide a high level of service to our clients by being efficient and demonstrating a quick response to incidents as they occur.
The roles you will perform will be to offer a professional level of security and customer service to our retail stores around Melbourne
**We have contracts in Kmarts across Melbourne but need to fill our Cranbourne site immediately.**
**The stores require security officers every day from 1000-1700hrs and then again from 1700-0015hrs. This will be a mix of morning and afternoon shifts as described above.**
To be successful in this role you will need to bring a top level of professionalism and customer service to your role. You will be representing a great company and working at one of the world's most known brand named stores.
**Your responsibilities will include -**
- Ensure visitors comply with the conditions of entry and venue / site rules
- Respond to incidents while always using conflict resolution and de-escalation tools
- Provide a high-quality visual security presence
- Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the implementation of emergency procedures
- Be willing to undertake additional site training.
**What you would need to bring to the role -**
**- **Hold a current Victorian Private Security individual license with the activities of Crowd Controller and Security Guard
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service approach
- Ability to act, think quickly and maintain professionalism in high pressure situations
- Good personal presentation and hygiene
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
