You’ll be supported by passionate professionals committed to delivering exceptional standards of care** across Melbourne's southern region including the Mornington Peninsula.**

**About the role**
Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:

- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities as required.
- Domestic assistance / housework.

**This is a casual role - Daytime shifts across a 7-day roster**

**What do we need from you?**
- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
- **Must have aged care/ in home care experience**:

- **Own vehicle**:

- **Driver licence**:

- **First Aid & CPR**:

- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
- Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
