We are now looking for a new Store Manager who is ready to make this store their own
About the role
This is a hands-on role, with everyday bringing new opportunities to grow your skills, engage with our local Port Melbourne community, and contribute to fundraising for humanitarian activities Our Store Managers are passionate, have an understanding about sustainable fashion and retail, and can engage with our customers - making it a fabulous shopping experience. Leadership and team building are essential, as you’ll oversee daily retail operations, clothing donations, volunteer recruitment, and team support.

What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in retail - preferably fashion-based, with exposure to leadership duties, visual merchandising, cash handling, and WH&S tasks
- Desire for engagement with your local community
- Staff and/or Volunteer management and recruitment
- Inspiration and creativity in fashion, re-purposing, upcycling and merchandising products in store
- Strong sales and customer service acumen
