**Your new company**
This Federal Government organisation offers free and independent services for resolving complains about telephone or internet services. Complying with legislation in place and benchmarks for industry based disputes, they enhance the confidence in the community to ensure safe and quality practices are in place in the telecommunications industry
**Your new role**
You will be a fist point of contact for consumers calling as an early disputes resolution officer. You will ensure complainants have a realistic expectation of timeframes for possible outcomes and resolution. You must be knowledgeable and confident in your ability to provide correct advice to consumers. You will liaise with consumers and service providers to resolve disputes in a professional, effective and efficient way.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Contact centre experience is highly desirable
You must have experience working with complaints or disputes in a fast paced customer service role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
PC literacy and CRM experience
**What you'll get in return**
Participate in regular workshops and meetings
Monday to Friday
CBD location
8am - 5pm
