Mobilisation Coordinator

**The Role** We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Recruitment team for a fixed term of 10 months. The role is based in our head office in Welshpool and operates Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage required once every four weeks. **Secure your future with WA's number 1 Contractor** MACA is a leading integrated contracting services group specialising in mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing. Our social responsibility is what drives us, and we make an impact through contributions and support we give our communities. **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with each project's requirements. - Review and administer the collection of documentation and cross check for compliance. - Book pre-employment medicals for new starters. - Book required site specific or role specific training for new starters. - Ensure documents and data are entered in a timely and accurate manner. - Book MACA Corporate inductions and issue PPE for new starters. - Coordinate flight confirmations for new starters for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending. - Maintain new starter document files with required blank forms. - Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information. - Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation or MACA work practices. **To be successful in this role, you will possess**: - Experience in a Mobilisation/onboarding role within the resources sector. - A high level of customer service. - Advanced level of computer skills (MS Word, Excel). - Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment. - Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities. - Strong attention to detail. **What we will offer you**: - Health insurance benefits; knock up to 10% of your premium with BUPA, HBF or HCF. - Access to salary sacrificing benefits - airport parking and novated leasing with Maxxia. - Opportunity to participate in "Refer & Earn" programme up to $2500 per person - Ongoing development opportunities and structured training. - 20% discount on WASO "A Reserve" Seating. - Onsite parking and Uber to work opportunities. - Access to over 350 retailer discounts - savings up to $4000 per family per year. - Early access to tickets for Optus Stadium events.
