**The Role**

Due to growth, we are now recruiting a Receptionist located at Life Care, Unley. We are looking for a caring person who understands that your attitude and how you treat people make a big difference in someone else’s day.

**You have the following key areas of responsibility**:

- Greeting Visitors and Directing Guests: Warmly welcome visitors, provide assistance, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide general administration support
- Assist with Quality & Compliance processes

**You’ll have**:

- A natural ability to engage with people
- A high attention to detail
- A mature approach to completing administration tasks
- Experience working in a Reception / Administration role
- A flexible approach to supporting our teams
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while building great relationships.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Suitability to obtain a Police Clearance
- Seasonal Flu Vaccination or willingness to get one
- Empathy and patience
- A friendly telephone manner
- Microsoft Office suite of skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- An ability to learn a suite of Life Care specific computer programs to complete essential tasks.
