Join our team as an Operations Manager, and support the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in delivering top-quality technical services to one of our major clients in Canberra. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of NRI's leveraged technical services, encompassing Applications and Infrastructure Managed Services.

**Role Summary**: As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to facilitate the successful delivery of NRI's technical services to a significant client account in Canberra. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- A solid track record of overseeing the delivery of IT services, particularly in a managed service or outsourcing environment, or within a large government agency.
- Exceptional facilitation skills, enabling you to present content effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with governance models such as ITIL, PRINCE2, AGILE, and BABOK.
- Exposure to Service Level Management.
- Proven experience in creating operational reporting and dashboards.
- A background in managing Service Improvement plans and continuous service improvement (CSI) activities.
- A demonstrated ability to guide technical teams toward delivering high-quality results.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of commercial contract structures.
