- ** Teacher Level 1-3 | $85,644 - $121,462** per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)**:

This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll design and deliver training that inspires, using a variety of innovative teaching and assessment methods tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. You'll also take the lead in developing learning resources and assessment tools that support excellence in delivery. By building strong connections with industry and key stakeholders, you'll ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.

**As a Teacher - Hospitality you will**:

- Design and deliver engaging and industry-relevant training that meets the diverse needs of learners, supported by high-quality resources and innovative teaching strategies.
- Create inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments that support diverse learners in both classroom and practical settings.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and outcomes in line with compliance and audit requirements.
- Support validation, moderation, and continuous improvement of training materials and assessment tools.
- Stay current in hospitality industry practices through professional development, licensing, and regular industry engagement.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications; and
- An approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed. i.e. SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality hospitality training and assessments tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students, colleagues, and industry stakeholders effectively.
- Skilled in maintaining accurate records and using digital tools to ensure compliance within hospitality education settings.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, accountable, and solution-focused approach to achieving teaching and organisational goals.
- Adaptable, respectful, and inclusive, with a commitment to continuous learning and fostering a positive student experience.
- ** WWCC and Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
