**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Hourly Rate**:$82.01 - $88.60 p/h + 11.5% super.
**Location**:Glen Waverley campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Casual.
The Faculty of Hospitality, Environment, Lifestyle and Business provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The faculty is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to effectively design and teach theoretical and practical sessions to students in Commercial Cookery.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
- An approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Experience in Vocational teaching or relevant Industry experience in a management position.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and baking.
- Proven track record in implementing the latest training and assessment strategies to meet student and course requirements.
- Compliance aware.
- Ability to effectively convey knowledge, skills, and experience and adapt it to students different learning styles.
