Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Indooroopilly store. Your role will involve managing inventory, optimizing visual merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while upholding our commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and create an inviting shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base through personalized service and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or homewares industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
