As Executive Manager for our Commercial Property team, you’ll lead a talented group of professionals, driving strategic growth and fostering deep client relationships across Perth’s diverse business community.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage a high-performing Commercial Banking property team based in Perth CBD
- Identify and act on opportunities in a dynamic commercial property market
- Coach and mentor your team to build capability and maintain a high-performance culture
- Strengthen client relationships and support retention through outstanding service
- Navigate complex client needs and collaborate across the bank to deliver tailored financial solutions
- Drive deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation
- Represent CommBank across the region, building your profile and influence

**About the Team**

Our Commercial Banking property team supports property clients - Investment and Developers with a debt requirement of $3M-$100M in property lending. We deliver solutions across cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investment advice.

You’ll lead a team of Relationship Executives, Team Manager Analysts, and Analyst support staff—each committed to putting clients at the centre of everything they do.

**What You’ll Bring**

- Strong commercial property acumen and credit expertise
- A client-first mindset and a drive for excellence
- Deep understanding of risk management and business banking
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (highly regarded)
