Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as an Assistant Venue Manager at their bustling pub on the Bellarine Peninsula. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the profitability of the venue, leading a dedicated team, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

**What will you do?**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong focus on improving overall business performance through the use of systems, training, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make decisions and solve problems.

**Ideally you will be?**
- Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in venue leadership role.
