**Warehouse supervisor**:

- **Supervise Daily Operations**:

- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure that all warehouse processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory control measures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and coordinate with relevant teams to reconcile discrepancies.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Communicate any delays or issues with orders to relevant stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of all products.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and pallet jacks.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
