**The opportunity**
As Team Leader, Commercial Management, you will provide leadership and oversight of commercial and contractual activities across Greater Western Water’s Service Delivery division.
This is a unique opportunity to shape commercial capability, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive value-for-money outcomes that support Greater Western Water’s operational and strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Leads to deliver high-performing outcomes.
- Act as deputy to the Contracts & Commercial Manager, representing the function in senior forums.
- Support the management of high-value contracts, including tendering, negotiation, performance reviews, and dispute resolution.
- Provide expert commercial and contractual advice to executives, project leads, and operational leaders.

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in contract and commercial management in operational, maintenance, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven leadership experience within a commercial or contract management function.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver value-for-money outcomes and resolve complex commercial issues.
