**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support the full lifecycle of Business Continuity management, including Business Impact Analysis workshops and Business Continuity Plan reviews.
- Work with business units to update Business Continuity Plans and facilitate testing to ensure effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and deliver education programs to enhance awareness and understanding of major incident management and Business Continuity Management.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to ensure the Business Continuity Management Program meets business and regulatory expectations.
- Maintain and update information in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.
- Provide education and awareness to the business, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You are an influential communicator, meticulous in detail, proactive in solving problems, and a collaborative team player.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Certified Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) certification.
- Proven experience in the full lifecycle of Business Continuity Management
- Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management processes, relevant principles, practices, and standards.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in Business Continuity Plans and GRC system updates.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to working closely with diverse teams.
