**About the Team**
Reporting to the C&I Business Improvement and Innovation Leader we are looking for a Data and Business Analysis Leader or Consultant who is passionate about leading, developing and implementing business initiatives across the C&I business.

**About the role**
In the role of the C&I Data and Business Analysis Leader you will be responsible for
- Own Data set and reporting for C&I business unit
- Work alongside Business improvement team and the rest of C&I to identify opportunities for improvement and subsequently scope, define and deliver change
- Work alongside the EnergyAustralia Technology team to develop a strategy for C&I architecture and technology roadmap being an advocate for business led solutions
- Lead a team of two to deliver data analysis, reporting, data modelling

**About you**
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced leader in data engineering, business analysis, or consulting. You will be structured in your approach, with a commercial mindset and a strong ability in gathering business requirements and providing internal consultancy to improve business outcomes based on an understanding of Data transformation. As a dedicated people leader, you demonstrate an ability to balance the need for speed and quality of data outcomes. Storytelling skills and the ability to talk to business stakeholders about technical terms (data and systems) is a key to success in this role.

You will also need the following
- University Qualification in data, science or maths field such as data science, engineering, technology or other
- Strong knowledge and Experience using Tableau, excel, SQL
- Understanding of technology architecture, data flows, data transformation and integration.
- Experience and knowledge of Python, Redshift, Databricks highly regarded
- Strong analytical capability and ability to think systemically
- Experience writing business requirements for technology/ system change
- Experience writing clear structured communications and presenting to senior leadership
