**About the Company**

A structured and comprehensive training program awaits you to ensure a smooth transition. Graduates can benefit from a 12-month program with ample support and mentoring from senior consultants. With regular supervision and access to internal/external PD, continual learning is guaranteed for all team members.

This position is available in Northern NSW in either Gosford or Newcastle.

Full and Part time positions are available with flexibility on hours and days. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.

**What you will be doing**:

- Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports
- Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications
- Liaise with the client, their multidisciplinary treatment team and their insurer to assist them to maintain/increase their independence in their daily activities through the provision of education, equipment and/or services
- Work with a number of experienced Occupational Therapists to ensure timely and quality assistance is provided

**What you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
