**Job Summary**:The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental programs and initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HSE regulations and standards.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
- Collaborate with management to set HSE performance goals and track progress.
- Manage and maintain HSE documentation and records.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related matters.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Certificate IV in WHS Management

**Desirable**
- Diploma in WHS Management, or a Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
- WHS auditor course
- Permit Issuer Training (national accredited training course)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in [industry or sector].
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
