You’ll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group’s success. **About the Role** Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client’s site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation. **Scope of the role includes**: - Daily mail and courier management - Maintaining of office equipment, office supplies and stationery - Maintaining database and updates of presentation - Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies - Ad hoc administration and duties - Some heavy lifting maybe involved **About you** For you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You have excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.
