Michelle Panning Coaching is a leading coaching business specialising in personal development, emotional regulation, and relationship transformation. Through a combination of shadow work, nervous system education, embodiment, and trauma-informed practices, our programs help women build confidence, heal attachment wounds, and reclaim their sense of self. Our work is known for being bold, honest, and deeply transformative.

We offer online courses, group mentorship, retreats, and private coaching to a global client base.

**About the Role**:
This role also includes regular contribution to our podcast, which is a core pillar of our content and client attraction strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions using trauma-informed and embodiment-based methodologies
- Design and deliver online coaching programs and workshops
- Create supporting content including workbooks, meditations, and video trainings
- Record and contribute to podcast episodes that align with the brand’s voice, values, and coaching frameworks
- Provide client support and maintain high levels of engagement in coaching communities (e.g., Telegram groups)
- Assist in the planning and delivery of in-person retreats and events
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting coaching strategies as needed
- Support backend tasks including basic admin, funnel updates, course platform management, and content uploading

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in life coaching, personal development, counselling, or related fields
- Deep understanding of attachment theory, shadow work, and somatic practices
- Experience holding emotional space for clients navigating relational trauma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in recording podcast episodes and articulating complex emotional concepts in an engaging, relatable way
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Zoom, Canva, ShowIt, Telegram, ThriveCart, Stripe and Flodesk
- Confidence in managing small online communities and coaching groups

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Life Coaching (required)
- Additional qualifications in NLP, hypnosis, embodiment, or trauma-informed methodologies (preferred)
- Background in psychology, counselling, or coaching-related disciplines will be highly regarded
