We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven team member to join the team at our Lorna Jane Pacific Fair store as our 3IC (Third in Charge).
As a 3IC, you’ll support the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in keeping the stock and visual merchandising highly organised and visually appealing whilst also delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with team development, and executing operational excellence.
Day in the Life
- Supporting visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a high-performing store.
- Driving sales with incredible customer service and supporting the team.
- Communicating business updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively.
