- Experience in collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and business groups, across regions, and roles, and able to interact effectively with all levels
- Experience in designing and developing of Test Automation frameworks
- Must have hands-on expertise in Java
- Good to have hand on experience in JavaScript, C#/.NET etc.
- Expertise in automation development using Selenium web driver, Cucumber
- Should have hands-on working knowledge of Database (either SQL Server or DB2)
- Knowledge and experience in API test automation using Java or Groovy using any backend automation tool like JMeter, SoapUI, Rest Assured etc.
- Should have knowledge of Test Automation methodologies like BDD,
- Data Driven and Keyword Driven frameworks
- Experience in Test Automation tools and frameworks Evaluations, POC and RD
- Must have working knowledge of CI/CD implementation, DevOps Principles and Practices
- Working knowledge of tool and technologies like Jenkins, TeamCity, GIT, JIRA
- Good to have hands on experience on scripting languages like JavaScript, Type Script
- Exposure to varied technologies like.NET, Angular, WPF, Mainframe etc.
- Good to have understanding of model-based testing
- Understanding of Agile/Waterfall development process and is comfortable diving into the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
