Burg & Co Drouin is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

We can offer family friendly, flexible arrangements. Work with an engaged team that has a common goal while striving to be the very best we can be. We are an independent, family owned, small local business that has been trading for less than a year. We take pride in what we do using the highest quality locally sourced products. We encourage creativity, so you can have a say in menu items and specials. We enjoy rewarding those on our team who go above and beyond. We aren't pretentious, but we do pride ourselves on quality, perfectly cooked Burgers, and loaded fries We need you to have a willingness to share your passion for cooking good quality food, whilst leading a small team though the everyday aspects of managing our store

Remuneration will be based on experience

What we are looking for
- Honesty and reliability with a can-do team attitude
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- A passion to use, prepare, care for, and present a quality product
- You will be available for weekends. We always endeavour to give you your important days off.
- This position is available now.

Hi. I'm Eboney, I am the General Manager here at Burg & Co and I love what I do. I do have a small team of Burger enthusiasts and they are absolute legends but could use a hand as we continue to grow and evolve.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays

Supplemental pay types:
