**Job Description**:
As one of our PM Operations Supervisor’s, you will Supervise operational personnel and infrastructure during the PM shift in order to maximise the value we provide to customers, the productivity of resources employed and the strategic interests of Global Express Linehaul. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication and supervisor skills along with your understanding of how to direct labour and equipment in a cost efficient and effective way to achieve the daily work requirements.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure accuracy of loadings and the quality of loadings are continually improved
- Cost efficient and effective allocation of labour and equipment to achieve the daily work requirements on the PM shift
- Ensure all operational documentation is competed accurately and promptly
- Responsible in conjunction with Operations Manager for site security
- Responsible and accountable for the forward planning and issuing of RDOs / annual leave for the PM shift
- Housekeeping: To maintain a clean, neat & tidy workplace
- Maintain a high standard of morale, initiative and image for drivers and operations personnel, ensuring a harmonious and safe environment for personnel, management and clients
- To raise Service Incident Reports and implement immediate containment
- To be conversant and to adhere to the Quality procedures at all times
- Ensure the workplace is safe and free from hazards and that all activities comply with State and Federal legislation, Occupational Health & Safety, Dangerous Goods Policies, Environmental and Company procedures and policies

- 2+ years supervisory level experience in the transport industry
- Available to work Monday to Friday 2pm to 11pm
- Prepared to undertake any additional training to complement the operation
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of the Dangerous Goods Code, fatigue management requirements and vehicle mass limits
- Sound operational knowledge and ability
