**The opportunities**:
We are currently offering two (2) roles: 1 based in Victoria and 1 based in Tasmania. The successful applicants will have a choice of work location across our Victorian and Tasmanian offices with some travel required.

**Policy & Projects Officer X 2**

Fixed Term: 12 months, Full time. Attractive Hourly Rate + Superannuation + Salary packaging

This role will lead the review and development of a suite of governance documentation including organisational policy and procedure to ensure our continued compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

As part of our overall commitment to focus on best practice and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our participants, this role will develop a scope of work to ensure our services align to the expectations of the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding commission and our Possability Values.

The successful person will undertake a range of activities including participation in internal quality audits, governance risk assessments, change management processes and offering recommendations for the continued development of governance documentation.

**Essential skills & qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary education or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication
- Exceptional attention to detail in the development of policy, procedure and frameworks
- Exceptional computer and systems literacy
- Experienced in managing process improvement and compliance projects
