**What’s the opportunity?**

The Channel Programs Lead is responsible for the development, management and optimisation of programs and projects that support the Vocus Channel. The channel within Vocus is growing strongly as customer solution requirements evolve and the capabilities to deliver go beyond Vocus’ core strengths. The Channel Programs Lead will ensure that Vocus has an optimised program that will scale with the growth of the business. The role must continually assess Vocus’ business needs and ensure that all channel programs are aligned with these objectives. This is a cross functional role engaging with a wide variety of teams within Vocus as well as partners and vendors to optimise existing programs as well as develop new requirements as required.

**What’s the day to day?**
- Ownership of partner programs with E&G
- Operational management of partner programs
- Manage partner performance and tiering
- Manage the Channel Partner commissions framework and continually look to optimise and improve
- Ensure partner programs are aligned and support Vocus Enterprise & Government goals
- Work closely with the Partner Solutions/Operations team to ensure any program issues are identified and resolved
- Establish metrics to measure that Vocus’ partner programs are effective and are achieving agreed goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of partner facing tools and services that address the needs of both Vocus and our partners
- Project ownership and establishing a backlog of work

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- You'll have the full rights to work in Australia. You are an Australian citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the the channel environment.
- Solid background in managing end-to-end channel programs
- Strong experience in developing and optimizing processes and policies
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience in Telecommunication sector is a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Financial and Commercial Acumen
- Attention to detail
- Negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to bring disparate teams together
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
