GT Air has been operating since 2002 as a local business servicing the Ipswich Greater Region and Southern & Western Brisbane Suburbs. Primarily installing for the domestic market with an increasing ducted share. GT Air has built a solid reputation for providing quality equipment and outstanding customer service. The installation team promotes a professional & friendly environment and lives by the ethos of ‘all hands on deck to get the job done right, the first time.’

Due to the ongoing success of GT Air, we now have an opportunity to add to our installation team. You will play a vital part in the continued growth and smooth running of this team by:

- Planning and materials organisation of the installation of split system air conditioners and domestic electrical.
- Efficient but diligent installation of split system air conditioners and domestic electrical
- Supervision and economical delegation of tasks to electrical apprentices
- Assistance with the installation of ducted, multi split & ceiling cassette air conditioners
- Creating a great team culture
- Enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs
- Help grow the business through outstanding customer service and communication with the other employees including office staff
- Record paperwork required clearly and promptly
- Ensure personal and car appearance is always at their best

Working within a close-knit team and playing an integral part in the smooth running of the business, your hard work will be appreciated and rewarded. The role is full-time, and the applicant must be available to work from Monday to Thursday between 7 am - 3.30 pm and Fridays between 7 am - 1.30 pm with occasional overtime required to ensure jobs are finished before leaving the site.
