**Introduction**:
Since 1991, BBCR (now known as BCR Communities) has been a leading community services provider offering a range of services across all ages. We are seeking to employ and support a Trainee Customer Service Officer (CSO) to complete a 12-month traineeship. This full time role (76hrs/fortnight) will be based at South Nowra.

**Description**:
The role is responsible for creating exceptional frontline experiences for current and new external customers, and friendly and efficient support of the internal BBCR team with a focus on operational support and service.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**We seek an individual who is**:

- Committed to undertake free formal training in a Certificate III in Business (applicants who currently hold this qualification will not be eligible).
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional in person and over the phone.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries in a fast paced environment.
- Empathetic, understanding, and can provide quality service.
- Problem solver with initiative to recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas.
- Able to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates business acumen and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including first booster as required per NSW Public Health Order.
- Has drivers license and can complete a Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a pre-employment functional assessment (medical).
