**Description**

We are a small, independent landscape company that services Brisbane CBD and surrounds, working on a vast range of projects. We are enthusiastically growing and looking for someone who shares the enthusiasm of providing high quality work, day in and day out.

**About the role and requirements**

The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year working as a tradesman, on a wide variety of projects and tasks.
- Day-to-day duties vary from operating machinery, retaining wall construction, fencing, tiling and paving, planting, irrigation and more
- You'll be working in a small, tight-knit team of people who share the love for working outdoors and getting their hands dirty
- Eye for detail, forward thinking and taking initiative are highly valued qualities that we are looking for
- Job will begin on a three month trial before being offered a full-time position
- Monday-Friday work with eight hour days with the possibility of overtime only as required
- On the job training will be providing for areas that may need polishing with the opportunity for future growth and development
- Must hold open licence and ability to drive manual
- Must have completed Certificate III Landscape Construction or equivelent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
