We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. If you have a genuine love for coffee, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for creating exceptional beverages, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, consistently meeting our high-quality standards
- Utilize your expertise in coffee brewing techniques to ensure the perfect balance of flavor and aroma in every cup
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed
- Efficiently operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation areas, equipment, and customer seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Collaborate with team members to uphold exceptional customer service and a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment
- In-depth knowledge of various coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Proficiency in operating commercial espresso machines and other coffee-related equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Attention to detail to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding beverages
- Flexibility to work in a team setting and adapt to changing customer demands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.18 - $34.11 per hour
