- **About the role**:

- The Receptionist/Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in the organisation of the Administration office and has responsibility for providing high quality and professional customer service.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service, the Receptionist/Administration Officer displays a high level of integrity and trust. They will promote a culture of mutual respect, encouragement, and work with others in a professional, ethical, and co-operative manner. They represent the School with self-confidence and sensitivity and embody dignity and formality. They act as consummate ambassadors when dealing with visitors and members of the school community and are outstanding hosts.
- The Receptionist/Administration Officer is a part of the General Staff and works proactively and collaboratively in a team environment to support and enrich their collective responsibilities. They are recognised as very organised and self-disciplined. They have high standards and strive to improve their own practice and to make efficiencies in the school setting. The Receptionist/Administration Officer reports to the Head of School Organisation and the Head of Campus.
- **Requirements of the Role**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience working on a busy reception desk.
- Highly proficient computer skills in the MS 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Data entry experience, preferably working with a database.
- Strong capability working in a team environment.-
