Our team at DXC Claims Management is thrilled to announce the beginning of our operations in NSW, where we will partner with icare to enhance the recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured workers in New South Wales.
With over 20 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management, we are uniquely positioned to contribute to DXC's claims management expertise in this area.
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic trainee case managers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Our Trainee Program is designed to provide you with all the information you need upfront, tailored training, competitive salaries, and internal growth opportunities. With customised training and the support you need, we'll help you launch your new career in this exciting field.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- The ability to plan and organise work in a manner that ensures timeframes are managed
- The aptitude for working concurrently across multiple Technology Platforms
- A high level of organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with workers, employers, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners
- Ability to work within a team - in an office-based environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
