We are seeking for a full-time, Service Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Victoria. The Service Refrigeration Technician is responsible for attending customer service call outs in Victoria, as well as analysing, diagnosing and repairing the company’s industrial and commercial refrigeration systems and associated electrical components.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assembling, installing and testing structural and functional components of refrigeration systems and associated electrical components to confirm with regulations and safety requirements
- Dismantle malfunctioning systems and test components, using testing equipment; adjust or replace worn or defective parts, and reassemble repaired systems;
- Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigeration reclaiming, diagnosing faults and repairing and replacing defective components
- Estimate, order, pick up, deliver and install materials and supplies needed to maintain the equipment in good working condition.
- Carry out effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime and ensure equipment and quality satisfaction is delivered.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Skills and Experience for this job role to either have an AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV;
- Refrigeration Handling Licence issued by the Australian Refrigeration Council;
- Victorian Restricted Electrical Licence
- Victoria Testing and Tagging Qualification
- Victorian Driver’s Licence

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brooklyn, VIC 3012
