**Store Manager - Wedding & Event Stationery Showroom Location**: Parklea Markets, NSW

**Days**: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

**Salary**: $65,000 - $75,000 + commissions (based on sales & KPIs)

**Position Overview**

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic **Store Manager** to oversee our showroom operations, lead our team, and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service with a focus on creating exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Business Growth**
- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Convert leads into sales, upsell add-ons, and bundle premium products
- Track and monitor sales performance and conversion rates
- Contribute ideas for product development and new offerings
- Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and expos/events
- Build partnerships with stylists, florists, and other industry vendors

**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff
- Manage rosters, staff performance, and development programs
- Lead by example with exceptional sales and service skills
- Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture

**Customer Experience**
- Deliver a personalised and welcoming experience for every client
- Handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and post-sale support
- Create a consistent “wow factor” from first contact to after-sales
- Support loyalty initiatives to strengthen repeat business

**Operations Management**
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth running
- Maintain stock levels, showroom presentation, and seasonal displays
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Cash handling
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven retail or showroom management experience (events or luxury goods an advantage)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Sales-driven with a proven record of achieving KPIs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creative eye for product presentation and displays
- Ability to work weekends in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field (advantageous but not essential)
