Culinary Data Lead

We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in a similar role to join our airport team with flexibility on location in **Brisbane Airport **on a **permanent, full-time basis**.

**More about this role**:
The Culinary Data Lead is responsible for leading tasks and assisting the building and input of culinary, procurement, manufacturing and operations data to support the ERP implementation.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Lead the efficient building of culinary, manufacturing and operations data for input into the ERP system.
- Assist contracts team in updating and maintaining data and systems.
- Contribute to finding and implementing efficiencies & best practices across the business.
- Train the trainer where applicable in the culinary and operational areas of the business.
- Motivate and inspire team members by creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
- Internal and external customer service.
- Anticipate potential problems and take appropriate actions to eliminate or manage their impact.
- Ensure dnata catering is not exposed to unnecessary risk or costs associated with non-compliance in relation to Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Role model dnata catering values: safe and secure, performance driven, delighting customers, imagination, respect, and service excellence.
- Contribute to a safety-first environment and work within Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
- Have complete understanding of and adhere to dnata catering policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as may be reasonably requested by Senior Management.

**What do you need to be successful in the role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Requires knowledge and experience with the operating systems used by the company.
- Preferred tertiary and/or technical college qualifications in an appropriate discipline, with several years prior programming experience.
- The ability to provide problem solving solutions & evaluation skills.
- A keen interest in proactively identifying business efficiencies / process improvement and manage the change through to implementation.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
