**Your opportunity**:
As our valued Head of Marketing_,_ you will play a vital role in developing and executing the overall strategic marketing program for TPG Telecom’s Enterprise, Government and Wholesale (EGW) business. The role is accountable for developing and owning the marketing strategy and objectives, achieving cross-functional alignment of the marketing program and marketing mix, execution of marketing campaigns (brand, segment, product), and management of events, sponsorships and corporate hospitality.

**You'll make impact by**:

- Ownership of the overall strategic marketing plan for EGW including ambition, objectives, brand purpose, marketing campaign roadmap and marketing mix. This includes cross-functional alignment with sales, product and executive teams.
- Increasing brand awareness (NPS) through ATL activities and events
- Segment
- specific marketing campaigns, in particular to the Small Business market through multi-channel performance marketing techniques
- Overall campaign funnel performance including achievement of leads and sales targets, and marketing ROI
- Prioritisation and selection of key events, sponsorships and corporate hospitality opportunities, whilst managing to the agreed overall marketing mix and budget
- Ownership of the annual marketing budget, tracking of spend against budget and delivering strong marketing ROI
- Driving continuous improvement to marketing automation to deliver lead generation and nurture, cross sell and base management to the Small Business, Enterprise and Government segments
- Leading a team of marketing and campaign managers, with strong engagement and alignment to TPG Telecom’s Spirit Values
- Working cross-functionally with collaboration and influence across product, sales, operations, legal, finance and operations to deliver an effective marketing program

**What you’ll bring**:

- 12+ years as a marketing leader including relevant Tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated team leadership with experience in uplifting engagement and performance
- Previous experience in delivering growth in the Small Business market
- Strategic marketing leadership with prior experience in developing and leading a business’ overall marketing program
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated record of using insights to deliver customer and business outcomes
- Demonstrated high credibility and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with senior business stakeholders across different business units
- Experience of prioritising according to business demand in a resource constrained environment
